How to order

Photography

Please take care to select a photo of good quality.
It is important to send high-quality photos so that details can be seen for possible realistic portrait processing. The better the quality of the photo, the more detail I can create. I also recommend sending photos that reflects the personality of your animal.

I'll be happy to advise you. Please contact me to discuss by email portretypsu@pollyportraits.com

Feel free to send more photos (uncompressed) and together we will choose the most suitable one.

If you have photographs that you did not take yourself, please check with the photographer to ensure that you have permission to use them, as some photographers have copyright restrictions.

Size and prices

You can choose size and view prices here.

Price includes your unique portrait (unframed) with simple background. Shipping and packaging cost is not included in price list. Your country may apply import taxes, duties, fees and these remain the responsibility of the customer.

Due risk of damage when posting glass I am unable to offer framing at this time.

If an atypical size is more suitable for your portrait, it is also possible to make it.

I will be happy to advise you and recommend a suitable format.

I can work from 25x30 cm up to a maximum of 100x70 cm. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place in my diary with balance being due on completion.

Ordering

If you are interested in commissioning a dog or horse portrait for yourself or someone you care about, please contact me by email:

portretypsu@pollyportraits.com

When ordering, you agree with the Terms and Conditions, which you will find in the web footer.

Waiting time

The waiting time of the portrait depends on the number of orders in front of you. It is around 8 months now. If you would like a portrait such as a birthday or a Christmas present, you need to think about it and order enough time in advance. Keep in mind some portraits could take a little longer than expected.

Payment

After I have seen your photographs, and we have discussed your portrait, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your booking on my waiting list (please note deposit is non refundable after I have started work on your portrait). When I finish your portrait, I will send you previews of the portrait and an invoice for the rest of the amount plus postage and packing. After crediting the payment to my account, I will send you the portrait.

Shipping

Shipping with insurance through Česká pošta is provided at an additional cost. The price for postage depends on the destination country, the weight of the shipment and the current exchange rate. Packaging cost is added.
